There is however not much that makes it stand out compared to our top choice Max Registry Cleaner. RegCure lacks registry defragmenting, has only one method of backup compared to 3 different ways with Max Registry Cleaner and does not have some of the more advanced support features like Live Help and scan log analysis.
If you simple want a registry cleaner without all the bell and whistles RegCure will more than meet your needs.
Interface: RegCure has a simple but effective user interface. It is easy to understand and to use. Once you have gone through the simple installation, all you have to do is press the "Scan" button. The one draw back is that the "Free Scan" will only fix a small number of errors and the user should upgrade to the One Year License.

Effectiveness (Detects & Repairs): In order to be listied in the "Top 4" on PCDoctorReviews, applications must detect and repair 12 items including: Application Paths, Shared Program Paths, File Associations, Active X Controls, Add/Remove Programs, Help Files, Font Files, Toolbars, Shared DLL Files, Invalid Shortcuts, Startup Files, Most Recent Files. RegCure does detect and make repairs in all 12 areas. It will repair font files and toolbars with the free version and all others with the one year upgrade.

my questions thoroughly, and in a timely manner.

upon requesting assistance from their support team, I received the answers I needed.
Ease of Use: The RegCure client is very user friendly and easy to use. Customer service was superb and provided interactive tools that made downloading extremely easy. PCDoctorReviews give the highest marks to RegCure in this area.
Software Compatibility: RegCure works with all versions of Windows including: 95, 98, ME,
NT, 2000, XP and Vista. RegCure won't work on your Mac, but I don't know of a single registry repair software that will.

RegCure works with Vista & all other Windows operating systems. RegCure's greatest strength is that it is extremely simple & easy to use! It performed the same functions as the more expensive and more difficult programs, but in a way that made it easy for a normal person. The customer support is done by email and they do repond to questions.
RegistryBot.com is a robust and thorough registry scanner, offering deep and custom scan options, including ignore lists. It was able to find and repair 98% of the registry problems on our test system, and can be configured to run at start up to ensure regular system scans. It isa very user friendly application.
Error Nuker is a great product. One of its best features is the "scan scheduler" which lets you set up specific start times for a scan. This allows you to complete the scans when you are not using your computer. Automatic software updates are also very nice.
